随着增量档案电子化和存量档案数字化的进程加快,数字档案信息长期保管和不断利用的风险加大,档案部门面临着数字档案信息安全管理的挑战越来越大。文章从树立数字档案信息安全管理的理念、健全数字档案信息安全管理机制、完善数字档案安全管理技术3个方面对数字档案信息安全管理问题加以论述。
As the process of digitizing incremental electronic files and archives of stockpiles accelerates, the risk of long-term storage and continuous use of digital archives information increases. Archives departments are faced with the challenge of digital file information security management becoming more and more large. This article discusses the digital information security management from three aspects: establishing the concept of digital file information security management, perfecting the digital file information security management mechanism and perfecting the digital file security management technology.
