草莓为多年生草本植物,繁殖容易,管理简单,结果成熟早,是一种投资少、见效快、效益高的经济作物。1撤防寒物草莓萌芽生长期,一般在2月下旬-3月上旬。早春当气温上升到2～5℃,10厘米深的土稳定在1～2℃时,依靠根状茎和根中贮藏的营养物质,根系开始生长,随土温上升逐渐发生新根。根系生长10天后,根状茎开始萌芽,新叶陆续出现。
