四川巴中县镇庙乡共有党员439名。其中,外出务工党员191人,占43.5%。乡党委针对外出党员多,管理教育难的现状,重点在“请、联、建、寄、汇、评”六个字上下功夫,收到较好效果。请:一是在党员外出前,将他们统一集中到乡党校进行思想、宗旨、前途、纪律以及法律法规教育,帮助他们提高思想觉悟,增强法纪观念。二是利用党员返家机会,请他们到乡上座谈,了解他们外出期间的思想活动及工作和经营情况,并希望他们为家乡建设、乡镇企业的发展传递经验或信息。去年以来,乡政府共收到外出务工党员传递的经济信息87条,引进乡镇企业项目14
