一、率先试点,努力推进私营个体经济党建工作1.试点发展新社会阶层党员。无锡市私营个体经济协会党委成立于2000年7月,作为中组部确立的在新社会阶层中发展党员的试点单位,我们早在2000年就开始探索在私营企业主和个体工商户中发展党员的工作。2001年建党八十周年之际,协会党委首批发展了10名业主党员,这批党员至今一直是协会党委的中坚力量,其中多名党员业主从个体户发展为规模型私营企业,
