目的总结手和足部腱鞘巨细胞瘤的临床特点和治疗结果。方法 2000-2008年共收治36例手和足部腱鞘巨细胞瘤患者,均行手术切除。随访1~5 a,平均30个月。结果 36例患者中有6例复发,复发率19.7%,其中5例于术后6个月内、1例于术后12个月内复发。手部复发2例,足部复发4例。2例术后手指感觉麻木,4例出现皮肤坏死,没有出现恶变。结论腱鞘巨细胞瘤是通常是一种手部良性软组织肿瘤,有一定的复发率,完整切除肿瘤是防止肿瘤复发的关键。
Objective To summarize the clinical features and treatment of giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath of the hand and foot. Methods From 2000 to 2008, 36 patients with giant cell tumor of the tendon and the foot were treated with surgical resection. Follow-up 1 ~ 5 a, an average of 30 months. Results Six of 36 patients had recurrence, with a recurrence rate of 19.7%. Among them, 5 patients relapsed within 12 months after operation within 6 months and 1 case after operation. 2 cases of hand recurrence, 4 cases of foot recurrence. 2 patients felt numbness after operation, 4 cases of skin necrosis, no malignant transformation. Conclusion Tenosynovial giant cell tumor is usually a kind of benign soft tissue tumors of the hand, with a certain recurrence rate. Complete resection of the tumor is the key to prevent tumor recurrence.
