目的 :研究人工晶体植入猕猴眼内术后不同时期房水中 s IL- 2 R和 TNF- α的水平 ,探讨氟—肝素表面修饰人工晶体的生物相容性。方法 :12只猕猴分为正常组、对照组、实验组。植入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)人工晶体和氟—肝素修饰人工晶体。于术后 15、 30、 6 0、 90、 180、 36 0天抽取房水 ,使用 EL ISA检测 s IL- 2 R的水平 ,使用放射免疫测定 TNF- α的含量。结果 :房水中s IL- 2 R的水平于人工晶体植入术后 15天增高 ,30天达高峰 ,90天接近正常 ,术后 15、30天对照组明显高于实验组。通过房水 TNF-α的检测 ,发现术后 15天 TNF- α含量达高峰 ,6 0天接近正常 ,对照组的含量高于实验组并且持续时间较长。结论 :氟—肝素修饰的人工晶体比 PMMA人工晶体引起眼的免疫反应轻 ,炎症反应程度轻且时间短
OBJECTIVE: To study the levels of s IL-2R and TNF-α in aqueous humor after intraocular lens implantation in Rhesus monkey at different stages after intraocular lens implantation and to investigate the biocompatibility of Fluoro-heparin surface-modified intraocular lens. Methods: 12 macaques were divided into normal group, control group and experimental group. Implantation of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) intraocular lens and fluoro-heparin modified intraocular lens. After 15 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days and 360 days, aqueous humor was extracted and the level of IL-2R was detected by ELISA. The level of TNF-α was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The level of s IL-2 R in aqueous humor increased 15 days after intraocular lens implantation and peaked at 30 days. The level of s IL-2 R reached a normal level at 90 days. The level of s IL-2 R in aqueous humor was significantly higher than that of experimental group at 15 and 30 days. Through the detection of TNF-α in aqueous humor, the content of TNF-α reached its peak on the 15th day after operation, approaching to the normal level on 60 days, and the content of the control group was longer than that of the experimental group. CONCLUSION: Fluoro-heparin-modified intraocular lenses are less likely to cause an immune response to the eye than PMMA intraocular lenses with less inflammatory reaction and less time
