为建立更精确的一氧化氮( N O)间接测定法,作者比较了镉屑、5m m ol/ L及 80m m ol/ L铜离子活化镉屑对镉还原法测定 N O 稳定代谢产物 N O2 - / N O3- 的影响。结果显示:镉屑对 N O3- 的还原效率明显优于铜离子活化镉屑( P< 0.001 ),还原率可达96% ,且在去蛋白细胞培养液中同样显示出较强的还原效率( P< 0.01)。结果提示:镉屑在生物液体中具良好的抗干扰性能。本法简便易行,不需昂贵设备,准确度较高,能较好的反映 N O2- / N O3- 的含量,适合一般实验室用于各种生物医学实验中的 N O 间接测定。
In order to establish a more accurate indirect measurement of nitric oxide (N O), the authors compared cadmium oxide, 5 m mol / L and 80 mol m L / - / N O3- influence.
