目的:探讨分析应用降栓酶结合奥扎格雷钠对脑血栓患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院2012年8月~2014年8月收治治疗的118例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法把其分成对照组和治疗组,其中治疗组患者采用降栓酶结合奥扎格雷钠实施治疗,而对照组患者采用奥扎格雷钠实施治疗。结果:两组患者经过临床治疗后,其中治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率为94.9%;而对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为74.6%,治疗组患者的临治疗效果明显的比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论:应用降栓酶结合奥扎格雷钠对脑血栓患者进行治疗,其具有较好的临床效果,可以有效的使患者临床症状得到改善,其是一种具备较高安全性、可靠性与合理性的治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the application of deszepromycin combined with ozagrel sodium in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods: One hundred and eighty-eight patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number method. Among them, Gray sodium treatment, while the control group patients with sodium ozagrel treatment. Results: After clinical treatment, the effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 94.9%. The effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 74.6%.
