有机磷农药防虫磷即马拉硫磷作为储粮防护剂,1976年以来经过大量的试验进行比较分析,提出了一种适合粮食储藏应用简单易行的砻糠载体法的新剂型,经过两年多的推广应用,用防虫磷砻糠载体法控制农村储稂虫害,巩固四无粮仓具有简便、安全、药效长,允许施药30厘米不均性和无食用间隔期等优点,受到了普遍的欢迎.但是,砻糠载体法也存在着缺点,主要是砻糠疏松,体积大,密度小,制成药糠后给包装、储藏、运输带来了一定的困难,对此我们提出了缩小砻糠粒度的设想.为了探索和选择粒度的最佳性,我们同南京粮食经济学院在稻谷中进行初步试验,重点测定了防虫磷在稻谷和载体中的残留动态.
