目的了解医院皮肤科护理人员手卫生依从性状况,提高手卫生执行率,降低医院感染,保证患者安全。方法编制调查表,对皮肤科工作人员手卫生现状及效果进行问卷调查,并对洗手质量进行采样监测。结果共调查皮肤科护理人员30名,手卫生知识平均知晓率为76.93%,能正确掌握洗手指征的占56.73%,洗手质量监测合格率为52.14%,且冬季洗手不合格率明显高于其他季节。结论皮肤科一线护理人员手卫生现状不容乐观,对手卫生的认知不够,影响其洗手的依从性,应强化手卫生知识培训和提高洗手意识,并加强洗手硬件设施建设。
Objective To understand the hand hygiene compliance status of dermatologists in hospitals, improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene, reduce nosocomial infections and ensure the safety of patients. Methods The questionnaire was prepared to survey the status quo and effect of hand hygiene of dermatologists and to monitor the quality of hand washing. Results A total of 30 dermatological nursing staffs were investigated. The average awareness of hand hygiene was 76.93%, 56.73% of them could correctly grasp the hand-washing indications, the quality of hand-washing was 52.14%, and the failure rate of hand-washing in winter was significantly higher than that of others season. Conclusion The status quo of hand hygiene in first-line dermatology nurses is not optimistic. The cognition of opponent hygiene is not enough, which affects the compliance of hand hygiene. The hand hygiene knowledge training and awareness of hand washing should be strengthened and the construction of hand washing hardware should be strengthened.
