角膜异物伤是一种常见的眼外伤,极易引起感染。我科1984年至1988年共收治角膜异物伤546例(不包括爆炸伤所致),感染87例,现总结分析如下。 (一)临床资料本组角膜异物伤546例中男498例,女48例,男女比10.38:1;年龄6～67岁。其中工人402例(占73.63％),农民134例(占24.54％),其它人员10例(占1.83％)。异物有砂轮屑、沙子、金属屑、竹木梢、粟蒲刺、谷麦刺叶(简称谷麦类)。伤后1天内就诊
Corneal foreign body injury is a common eye injury, easily lead to infection. Our department from 1984 to 1988 were treated corneal foreign body injury 546 cases (excluding explosion injury caused), 87 cases of infection, are summarized as follows. (A) of the clinical data of this group of corneal foreign body injury in 546 cases of male 498 cases, 48 females, male to female ratio 10.38: 1; aged 6 to 67 years.
