通暖工程,是一项任务繁杂、工程环节较多的系统工程。通暖工程在建筑行业的快速发展中,越来越多的问题出现在建筑施工现场。其中,资源的不合理配置和浪费、建筑图纸设计的不合理、工程运作配合不协调是取暖工程存在的主要问题,也是急需研究和探讨的问题。资源不合理的配置和浪费会造成建筑成本的增加,而资金是严重制约建筑行业发展的首要问题。作为一个比较系统的工程,暖通工程主要任务是通风和取暖。也是需要通过工程图纸来完成的。工程图纸的设计不合理或不完善将会直接影响整栋建筑的通风和采暖,影响建筑物的使用价值。
