1985年底,我市区县职工教育研究会召开专题讨论会,重点研究职工中级技术培训工作,会上12名论文作者就论文的主要内容作了介绍和说明。我市区县成人教育理论研究是以区县为小组开展的。这次讨论会的突出特点是理论联系实际,研究的题目出自实际,又能上升到一定理论高度,已经跨过了单纯性工作经验总结的水平。不少论文是在认真调查研究的基础上完成的。从论文的水平看较之过去有了很大提高,在理论的高度和深度上都有进步。另一
