也就是说存在着TXA_2与PGI_2的失平衡。
This paper reports the dynamic changes of blood TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α) in goats with acute decompression sickness. Twenty-two goats were divided into two groups, of which 12 were experimental groups and were caused by acute experimental decompression. The other 10 were control groups. The Doppler air bubbles were measured at 5 min, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, and 24 h before and after the ballast tank, and blood samples were collected for blood TXB_2, 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) and platelet count. The experimental results showed that when the goats were suffering from acute decompression sickness, the blood TXB_2 was significantly increased and the 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) was significantly decreased. In other words, there is a loss of balance between TXA_2 and PGI_2. In view of the important role of TXA_2 and PGI_2 in maintaining stable blood environment, I believe that the imbalance of TXA_2 and PGI_2 in acute decompression sickness is very important for the occurrence and prognosis of decompression sickness.
