深圳五月举办的房地产春季交易会上,85个参展楼盘大多数来自珠海、东莞、惠州、中山等深圳周边城市,深圳关内仅有3个楼盘参展,其中还有两个是以写字楼为主的楼盘。原因很简单,房子太好卖,深圳地产商不用费神参展。不单是无需参加房市交易会,在楼市价格持续保持高位的情况下,深圳地产商近来基本不在报纸登广告,也不做样板间,新楼盘开盘后就被抢购一空。专家预计,进入5月之后,深圳“是房就不愁卖”的状况或许会略有降温。
