西部大开发战略实施至今已超过10年,西部地区经济增速明显。但由于经济结构、生态环境等方面的不足,仍需进一步调整发展的战略视角。文章从介绍西部地区科学发展的战略意义入手,分析了发展现状,并基于区域合作的视角,提出了促进西部地区科学发展的战略。
The western development strategy has been implemented for over 10 years and the economic growth in the western region has been notable. However, due to the lack of economic structure and ecological environment, we still need to further adjust the strategic perspective of development. Beginning with the introduction of the strategic significance of the scientific development in the western region, the article analyzes the current situation of development and proposes a strategy to promote the scientific development in the western region from the perspective of regional cooperation.
