Bridgestone recently announced that it will invest 267 million euros (about 346 million U.S. dollars) in its Tatabanya plant in Hungary in order to expand its passenger car radial tire production capacity. The Bridgestone Tatabano plant covers an area of 660,000 m2 and was put into operation in 2008. At present, the plant’s daily output of tires is 6,000, the expected completion of 2017 Nissan after completion of the expansion project
