从蔬菜种质资源中期库的番茄资源中筛选出7份北京本土心里美萝卜老品种,以近几年在北京地区广泛种植的满堂红萝卜为对照,进行商品品质和营养品质的比较试验。结果表明,从营养品质测定结果看,不同品种间VC含量、总糖、干物质含量、粗蛋白及粗纤维在各品种间的差异不是十分明显,而不同品种间铁、锌、钙的变异系数较大,品种间存在明显差异。试验中,本土品种的铁、锌、钙含量明显高于对照杂交品种,但北京花叶心里美、小型花叶心里美和对照的平均隶属函数值较大(>0.6),即综合营养品质较好。综合参试品种的商品品质和营养品质分析结果,从中筛选出北京花叶心里美、小型花叶心里美萝卜2个可用于提纯复壮或品种改良的优质本土心里美萝卜品种资源。对综合营养品质和商品品质皆佳的本土品种进行提纯复壮和开发利用,不仅可以挽救濒临灭绝的优质本土农作物品种资源,实现以开发利用为手段的资源可持续保存,也可以让一些久违的优质本土农作物品种重返市场,满足消费者消费水平由数量型向质量型转变的需求。
From the tomato germplasm resources mid-period library resources, we selected 7 old varieties of Chinese radish grown in Beijing native area. Compared with the full grown carrots widely planted in Beijing in recent years, we compared the quality and nutritional quality of the products. The results showed that the differences of VC content, total sugar content, dry matter content, crude protein and crude fiber among different varieties were not obvious among the varieties, but the coefficients of variation of iron, zinc and calcium among different varieties Larger, there are significant differences between varieties. In the experiment, the contents of iron, zinc and calcium in native cultivars were significantly higher than those in the control hybrids, but the average membership function value was higher (> 0.6) . Based on the analysis of the product quality and nutritional quality of the tested varieties, two kinds of resources were identified in the quality heart of the United States, including two cultivars of Merbau, which can be used for purification, rejuvenation or variety improvement. Purification, rejuvenation and development and utilization of indigenous breeds that combine comprehensive nutritional quality and good product quality can not only save resources of endangered and high-quality indigenous crop varieties, but also achieve long-term preservation of resources that are exploited and exploited, Local varieties of crops to return to the market to meet consumer spending levels from quantitative to qualitative changes in demand.
