笔者于2009年,对松嫩平原耕作草甸区中小型土壤动物进行了调查。结果表明:中小型土壤动物个体数量和类群数量具有极显著的相关性(r=0.894,P﹤0.05)。中小型土壤动物的个体数量和类群数量水平方向变化趋势基本是从呼兰向嫩江递减,即从低纬度向高纬度递减。Sorenson相似性系数表明各样地之间的相似程度都比较高,几乎都在极相似以上。中小型土壤动物个体数量、类群数量与有机质呈极显著正相关(r_(0.01)=0.936,r_(0.01)=0.912),与地温呈显著正相关(r_(0.05)=0.910,r_(0.05)=0.943)。CCA排序分析表明,弹尾目与地温值和全磷相关性显著,真螨目与pH值相关性显著,寄螨目与速钾相关性显著。DG指数变化趋势是从呼兰到嫩江递减。螨类和弹尾类比值大于1(A/C=1.58),表明该区域土壤生态系统不健康,土壤动物群落不稳定。笔者认为,与多样性指数相比,DG指数更适合测定种类繁多、组成复杂的土壤动物群落。
In 2009, the author investigated the small and medium sized soil animals in the cultivated meadow area of Songnen Plain. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the number of individuals and the number of taxa in soil animals (r = 0.894, P <0.05). The trend of the number of individuals and the number of taxa in horizontal direction of small and medium-sized soil fauna basically decreased from Hulan to Nenjiang, decreasing from low latitudes to high latitudes. The Sorenson similarity coefficient indicates that there is a high degree of similarity between plots, almost all of which are very similar. There was a significant positive correlation between the number of individuals, the number of taxa and soil organic matter (r_ (0.01) = 0.936, r_ (0.01) = 0.912) = 0.943). CCA analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between Eupatorium sibiricum and ground temperature and total phosphorus, and there was a significant correlation between Acarina spp. And pH, and the correlation between Acarina and Potassium was significant. The trend of DG index is decreasing from Hulan to Nenjiang. The ratio of mites and flies was greater than 1 (A / C = 1.58), indicating that the soil ecosystem in this area is unhealthy and the soil fauna is not stable. In my opinion, compared with the diversity index, DG index is more suitable for the determination of a wide range of complex soil animal communities.
