三焦膜系理论是北京中医药大学孔光一教授在临床60年经验基础上提出的,多用以指导临床复杂病证的辨证及治疗用药,且该概念的提出也旨在使相对模糊、抽象的三焦概念形象化。三焦膜系包括外通性膜系和内通性膜系两部分,外通性膜系为祛邪通道,内通性膜系为补益的路径。尝试用三焦膜系理论分析1例大动脉炎患者的治疗过程,探讨孔光一教授运用三焦膜系理论的治疗思路,同时,该治疗过程也体现了孔老整体调治、重视外邪、兼顾妇人月经调治的治疗特色。
