我厂原来一直使用强力攻丝器,因振动大,再加上新工人多,操作不熟练,所以丝锥的损耗量很大;同时还造成大批零件报费。为此,我们对攻丝器进行了改造。在Z515型合钻上,将主轴取下后,装上如图所示的攻丝器,采用CJO-10交流接触器二个,JW2-11微动开关一个,利用电机正反转来进行攻丝。合上开关HK,这时电机就带动主轴反转,操纵台钻手柄主轴向下移动,当钻卡8上的丝锥接触到工件时,主轴暂停向下移动,而外壳2却继续向下移动。当微动开关
