预防保健工作管理现代化是卫生体制改革的一个重要内容,十多年来卫生改革和推行现代化管理实践证明,不进行体制改革,在实施现代化管理方面就不可能取得重大突破和发展,不抓管理现代化,改革的成果就不能巩固和提高。预防保健管理现代化就是在工作中应用现代自然科学和社会科学的新成果,按照预防保健工作的性质、任务、规律、特点,对管理思想、管理组织、管理体制、管理方法等方面,建立完善的工作体系,增强压力、动力和活力,调动系统和人的积极性、主动性和创性造。
The modernization of prevention and health work management is an important part of the health system reform. The health reform and the implementation of modern management practices in more than a decade have proved that without system reforms, it is impossible to achieve major breakthroughs and development in the implementation of modern management, and do not pay attention to management modernization.
