去年下半年以来,福建省、市、县三级相继出台了一系列拥军优属的政策和规定,全省再度掀起了拥军优属热潮。 一、从政策上解除部队官兵的后顾之忧。省委、省政府提出,要把解决市场经济形势下部队官兵的后顾之忧,当作拥军优属的重点工作,从政策上予以重点解决。省人大制定了《福建省拥军优届若干规定》,对解决军嫂再就业、部队子女入托入学、军转干部安置等“难点”问题,从法律上作出了明确的规定 各地也相继出台了
