肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤,也称错构瘤,是少见的肾脏良性肿瘤。我院近6年诊断19例,均病理证实。现就CT诊断特征,鉴别诊断做一总结分析,以提高本病的术前诊断水平。1材料与方法本组病例19例,男5例,女14例,年龄20~76,平均年龄43岁,病灶肾上极5例,中部5例,下极6例,双侧肾脏3例,增强扫描7例,19例均术后病理证实。1.1方法:采用美国GE公司Lightseed 16排螺旋
Renal vascular smooth muscle lipoma, also known as hamartoma, is a rare renal benign tumor. Nearly 6 years in our hospital, 19 cases were diagnosed, all confirmed by pathology.
