贵州省乌江渡水电站水情自动测报系统方案论证会由贵州省电力局主持,分别于92年月中旬和10月中旬在贵州省贵阳市和乌江渡水电站召开,会议通过了乌江渡水电站(乌江渡至东风电站区间)水情自动测报系统总体设计报告,完成了整个系统的方案论证。能源部(?)通局、水电规划设计总院、成都科技大学、黄委会,全国有关科研、设计院所、大专院校,有关省电力局、水电厂及贵州省地方无线电管理委员会、省水文总站等单位的专家和代表出席了会议,对南京水利水文自动化所作的系统通信电路设计报告及乌江渡水电站水情自动测(?)系统总体设计报告进行了审查,同时对河海大学作的东风至乌江渡区间水情自动测报系统水文站网论证报告进行了讨论。会议通过了以上报告,并经贵州省无线电管理委员会批准确定了系统所用无线电通信频率。
Wujiangdu Hydropower Station in Guizhou Province, hydrological automatic reporting system demonstration program presided over by the Guizhou Provincial Electric Power Authority, respectively, in mid-September 1992 and mid-October in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province and Wujiangdu hydropower station, the meeting adopted Wujiangdu Hydropower Station (Wujiangdu To Dongfeng Power Station interval) hydrological automatic report system overall design report, completed the entire system program demonstration. Ministry of Energy (?) General Bureau, Hydropower Planning and Design Institute, Chengdu University of Science and Technology, the Yellow River Committee, the relevant national scientific research, design institutes, tertiary institutions, the relevant provincial power station, hydropower and Guizhou Provincial Radio Management Committee, Hydrological stations and other units of experts and representatives attended the meeting on the Nanjing Water Conservancy and Hydrology Automation system designed by the communication circuit design report and Wujiangdu Hydropower Hydrology (?) System overall design report was reviewed at the same time as Hohai University Dongfeng to Wujiangdu hydrological network automatic report system hydrological station network demonstration report was discussed. The meeting adopted the above report, and approved by the Guizhou Provincial Radio Management Committee to determine the system used by the radio frequency.
