骨整合种植义齿和天然牙承受咀嚼力的大小和分散机械能量的方式不同,它缺乏应力缓冲功能,易引起应力集中,从而导致一系列并发症。为此,国内外学者在缓冲种植体及种植体支持上部结构的应力方面做了大量研究。本文就单个骨整合种植义齿应力缓冲的研究进展进行综述。
Osseointegration Implants and natural teeth are subjected to a different amount of mechanical force and chewing force in the way that they lack the stress-buffering function and tend to cause stress concentrations, leading to a series of complications. For this reason, scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the stress relief of superstructures supported by implants and implants. This review summarizes the research progress of stress buffered dentures in single bone implant.
