1案例回放患者李某,男,72岁,2010年行“膀胱部分切除+右输尿管膀胱再吻合术”。2011年2月发现肿瘤复发,行“腹腔镜下右肾输尿管切除术,膀胱部分切除术,右腹股沟疝无张力修补术”。2月28日23:30左右,患者出现血压下降。3月1日1时许予输血、补液及止血等治疗,3时许予多巴胺、加压输血等处理,并向家属告知病危,6时许患者病情加重,送手术室行急
1 case replay patients Lee, male, 72 years old, 2010 line “partial resection of the bladder + right ureteral bladder anastomosis ”. At around 23:30 on February 28, the patient experienced a drop in blood pressure. At 1 o’clock on the March 1, blood transfusion, fluid replacement and hemostasis were given.
