本文报道合成了14种新的对,对’-双(3,3-二烃基-1-三氮烯基)-3,4-二苯己烷衍生物。它们系将对,对’-二氨基-3,4-二苯己烷经重氮化后与相应的胺类偶合而成。所合成的化合物经抗动物肿瘤试验,结果表明:外消旋对,对’-双(3,3-二甲基-1-三氮烯)-3,4-二苯已烷(化合物Ⅸ)对L_(615),L_(7712)小鼠白血病有较明显的效果,对Lewis肺癌和B_(16)黑色素瘤亦有一定抑制作用;内消旋对,对’-双(3,3-二甲基-1-三氮烯)-3,4-二苯己烷(化合物Ⅰ)只对Lewis肺癌稍有抑制作用。其余的三氮烯衍生物均无明显作用。
This paper reports the synthesis of 14 new pairs of p-bis (3,3-dialkyl-1-triazenyl) -3,4-diphenylhexane derivatives. They are right, on ’- diamino-3,4-diphenylhexane diazotization with the corresponding amine coupling formed. The synthesized compounds were tested against animal tumors and the results showed that the racemic pair of bis (3,3-dimethyl-1-triazene) -3,4-diphenylhexane (compound IX) It has obvious effect on L_ (615) and L_ (7712) mouse leukemia and has certain inhibitory effect on Lewis lung carcinoma and B_ (16) melanoma; meso-pair, Methyl-1-triazene) -3,4-diphenylhexane (Compound I) only slightly inhibited Lewis lung carcinoma. The remaining triazene derivatives have no significant effect.
