云南特有的马铃薯原位贮藏可以利用自然条件、经济有效地将块茎从9月原地保存,最长延迟到来年3月收获。范围包括滇东北、滇西北和滇中,海拔2250~3100m的高寒山区,约占全省总播种面积的3.39%,总产量的5.01%。区域内9月至2月的20cm地温,最低海拔为9~20℃;最高海拔为3.1~13.1℃。平均降水量11~88mm。定点记录20cm贮藏层温湿度和观察块茎,9月至2月的最低温度2.03℃(2月)~最高温度17.14℃(9、10月),日内温差1.91~4.89℃,月平均相对湿度40.25%~62.75%,重量损失11%以下,基本无烂薯和虫害及鼠害。3月以后温度最高达到29.10℃,最大日温差15.40℃,湿度降低到25.8%,不利于块茎的贮藏。
Yunnan’s unique potato in-situ storage can take advantage of natural conditions, the cost-effective storage of tubers from September, the longest delay in March next year to harvest. The range includes the alpine mountainous areas of northeastern Yunnan, northwestern Yunnan and central Yunnan, with an elevation of 2250-3100m, accounting for 3.39% of the total sown area in the province and 5.01% of the total output. In the region from September to February 20cm ground temperature, the lowest elevation of 9 ~ 20 ℃; the highest elevation of 3.1 ~ 13.1 ℃. The average rainfall of 11 ~ 88mm. Record the temperature and humidity of the 20 cm storage layer and observe the minimum temperature from September to February from 2.03 ℃ (February) to the highest temperature of 17.14 ℃ (September and October), with an intraday temperature difference of 1.91-4.89 ℃ and a monthly average relative humidity of 40.25% ~ 62.75%, weight loss 11%, basically no bad potato and pests and rodents. After March the highest temperature reached 29.10 ℃, the maximum daily temperature difference of 15.40 ℃, humidity reduced to 25.8%, is not conducive to the storage of tubers.
