经济的高速增长给房地产行业的发展带来了重要契机,我国房地产行业已处于高度增长阶段,各房地产企业间竞争激烈,企业想要实现降低成本的愿望,实现利润最大化,对财务进行动态管理就很有必要。该管理模式可以提高企业财务管理水平和信息化水平,增强市场竞争力。本文主要分析目前房地产行业财务管理存在的问题,并用财务动态管理模式规律解决这些问题,希望给房地产企业财务管理带来一些建议。
