西藏农牧地区职业教育实训基地的建设面临着场地狭小、教学设备不足、实训教师队伍数量少素质不高的困难,难以保证实训质量。对此,西藏农牧地区职业教育实训基地建设应以中等职业教育学校为龙头,全面整合职业教育实训教学资源;结合当地的经济发展情况,充分发掘本地社会资源,做到资源共享;加强师资队伍建设,充分发挥实训基地的作用。据此提高向西藏农牧区职业教育水平。
The construction of vocational education training base in Tibet’s rural areas and pastoral areas faces the problems of small space, inadequate teaching facilities and a small number of practical training teachers, which makes it difficult to guarantee the quality of practical training. In this regard, the vocational education training base in Tibet’s rural areas and pastoral areas should be built with secondary vocational education schools as the leading force to fully integrate vocational education training resources; to fully exploit local social resources in light of the local economic development so as to share resources; and to strengthen Teachers team building, give full play to the role of training base. Therefore, the level of vocational education in Tibet’s rural and pastoral areas will be raised.
