健全人格,优化群体人格,是企业文化建设追求的重要目标之一。如何实现这一目标,可有多种途径。1995年11月苏州人保公司企业文化研究会举办的关于健全人格的专题研讨会,可以说是追求这一目标的有益尝试。 作为我省人保系统首家企业文化研究团体,该研究会自1993年成立以来一直致力于本系统企业文化建设的经验总结和理论探索,并曾受到了系统外有关部门的肯定和介绍。此次选择的健全人格、优化人格这一研究专题,触及的是关于人的根本性问题,因此也是一个富有时代性的,有相当理论深度和研究难度的严肃命题。然而十分可贵的是,这项活动的倡议得到了苏州人保系统各单位各部门领导和员工的积极响应。两个多月的时间里收到了23篇论文,参加人员近60多人,且年轻同志居多。在研讨会期间,许多干部员工现身说法,喻理譬己、互为交融,形成了一个自我教育、自我充实、自我提高、自我完善的群众性企业文化研究的良好氛围。它给人一个强烈的感受,就是我们的企业干群,有着自我发展的强烈进取心。对于自己的企业文化建设有着鲜明的主人翁意识和参与热情。它昭示我省人保系统:企业文化建设——人格优化的道路,要靠我们领导干部和广大员工的共同修筑。唯其如此,企业的发展之路才会越走越宽阔,越走越坚实,我们的事业才会生气勃勃
To perfect personality and optimize group personality is one of the important goals pursued by corporate culture. There are many ways to achieve this goal. The symposium on sound personality held by the Enterprise Culture Research Society of Suzhou PICC in November 1995 can be a useful attempt to pursue this goal. As the first enterprise culture research group of PICC system in our province, the institute has been devoted to the experience summary and theoretical exploration of the corporate culture construction of the system since its establishment in 1993 and has been affirmed and introduced by relevant departments outside the system. The research topic of selecting the perfect personality and optimizing personality this time touches on the fundamental problem of human beings is therefore also a serious proposition full of the times with quite theoretical depth and difficulty of research. However, what is very valuable is that the initiative of this activity has been positively responded to by leaders and employees from all departments and units in Suzhou PICC. Over two months, it received 23 papers, nearly 60 participants, and young comrades. During the seminar, many cadres and employees came forward with their own metaphors and expressed their good atmosphere in the mass enterprise culture of self-education, self-enrichment, self-improvement and self-improvement. It gives a strong feeling, that is, our business cadres, with a strong self-development initiative. For their own corporate culture has a clear sense of ownership and enthusiasm for participation. It shows that the people’s security system in our province: building corporate culture - the path of personality optimization, relying on our leading cadres and the majority of staff to build.
