市面上出现了新的大型角钢型材,最大规格达到L 300×35。为检查材料的抗弯性能,对其残余应力分布进行了研究。由于残余应力对角钢的抗弯性能有显著影响,采用截面法对6根热轧和2根焊接等边角钢的应力进行了测试。通过引入水射流切割技术对传统截面法进行了改善,采用应变计测量其变形,在测试结果统计评价的基础上,采用最合适的残余应力分布模型进行数值分析。几何和材料非线性数值分析结果与角钢屈曲曲线相符。
The market has emerged a new large-angle steel profiles, the maximum size of L 300 × 35. In order to check the flexural properties of materials, the residual stress distribution was studied. As the residual stress has a significant effect on the bending resistance of angle steel, the stress of 6 hot-rolled and 2 welded equilateral-angle steels is tested by the cross-sectional method. By introducing water jet cutting technology, the traditional cross-section method is improved. The deformation is measured by strain gauge. Based on the statistical evaluation of the test results, the most suitable residual stress distribution model is used for numerical analysis. The results of nonlinear numerical analysis of geometrical and material are consistent with those of angle steel.
