本文对T 800纤维增强复合材料T型筋条进行侧弯试验和有限元分析,分析结构在固定端简支条件下,复合材料连接界面的破坏载荷以及破坏模式。试验结果均表明在侧弯载荷下,试件的破坏模式均为T型连接区的捻子条与腹板,腹板与蒙皮的分层破坏。同时,试验还有效地验证了有限元数值分析结果。最终,通过有限元分析得到的破坏载荷和破坏模式与试验得到的结果也能较好的吻合。
In this paper, T-shaped test strips and finite element analysis of T-800 fiber reinforced composite T-bars were carried out to analyze the failure load and the failure mode of the composite interface at the fixed end simply supported condition. The test results show that under the bending load, the failure modes of the specimens are the delamination of the twisted strips and the webs, webs and skins of the T-shaped connecting zone. At the same time, the experiment also validates the finite element numerical analysis results. Finally, the failure load and failure mode obtained by finite element analysis are in good agreement with the experimental results.
