通过对矢竹(单分枝类型),金镶玉竹(两分枝)和短穗竹(三至多分枝)秆节部芽的形态解剖学研究,得出初步结论:(1)秆节部均仅有一个腋芽。从起源上来讲,秆节部多芽都是由一个腋芽发育,是主腋芽和数个次级腋芽的集合体;(2)秆节部的分枝也系单芽起源。秆节部的多分枝是由一个主侧枝和几个发育在主侧枝上的次级侧枝组成;(3)各种分枝的形成与竹类植物的生长特性和主腋芽早期分化有关。秆节上的主腋芽基部节间很短,着生在此处的次级腋芽基部十分靠近秆节,且大小和形态与主腋芽接近,极易造成秆节多分枝系“多芽起源”的假象。最后,对主腋芽外层先出叶的起源进行了讨论,认为仅从现有的资料还难以做出结论。
Through the morphological and anatomical studies on the buds of the basal ganglia of Polygonatum odoratum (single branch type), Polygonatum odoratum (two branches) and Short spike bamboo (three to many branches), the preliminary conclusions are drawn: (1) All have only one axillary bud. Finally, the origin of the primary leaves in the outer layer of the axillary bud is discussed, and it is difficult to draw any conclusion based on available data.
