The structure and composition of the soot blowing device for power plant boiler, the production process, the hardware configuration of the microcomputer PLC control and the design and application of the main functions and control software are discussed. Practice has proved that the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) technology to transform boiler soot-blowing process control device is to save coal, reduce failures, improve the efficiency of the investment less, quick shortcut.
