蔡×女37岁会计。视力下降、变形3天。患者因“尿路感染”口服呋喃妥因,每次50mg,每日三次,连续口服5天后,发现视物模糊和变形。在外院检查视力,双眼均为0.8。口服中药3剂,效果不明显,转入本院。视力双眼均为0.8,不能矫正,结膜不充血,角膜透明,KP〈一〉,前房正常,瞳孔园等大,光反应存在,但不持久。晶状体、玻璃体均透明。视乳头充血,境界模糊,轻度水肿,隆起1D,小血管扩张,纡曲,黄斑中心反光弥散,静脉充盈、扩张,动脉正常,视网膜未见渗出及出血灶。视野有中心暗点。

Vision has a dark spot.
