如果有心留意,我们这个时代,其实是通过电视,来悄悄的改变一切的。事关国家命运的政治、经济、文化等诸多方面的信息,最快最广泛的是经由电视来发布的。没有任何一种媒体能让男女老少、贫民贵族、文盲和知识分子坐在一起共同观看,并且各自都能从电视上获得各自所需的东西。要打倒一个人或者捧红一个人,消灭一种恶习或者提倡一派新风,就凭一个小小的屏幕就足够了。这个小小屏幕,可使全世界沸腾(如一场球赛,一场晚会),可让全世界沉默(如一个访谈节目,一个战争饥饿的镜头)。这个小小屏幕如一只无形巨掌,伸入到地球村的每一个角落,从从容容地把玩着世界,可谓八面威风,无所不及。电视既高不可攀、妙不可言,又成了老百姓最平常最不可缺少的日常生活用品。电视在改变世界,在推动世界以前所未有的速度前进。我和所有的人一样乐此不疲与时俱进频频更换着电视机,大的小的黑白机子和大的小的彩色机子在家里出出进进。也和所有人一样一连吃肉一边骂娘——为好的节目叫好为不好的节目生气。爱也罢,骂也罢,但谁也不曾把电视机请出屋门,一个三岁小孩都
