比色测定铝合金中微量锌的方法很多。利用形成三元络合物比色测定铝合金中微量锌的方法也有所报导。但利用锌与1,10-菲罗啉-荧光桃红形成三元络合物来比色测定铝合金中微量锌的方法还未见报导。根据资料并结合资料,锌与1,10-菲罗啉所形成的无色络阳离子能与荧光桃红形成红色的离子缔合物,借此进行了铝合金中微量锌的比色测定。实践表明:该法在水相中比色有较高的灵敏度,较好的准确性及重现性且具有一定的稳定性,通过有机溶剂萃取可提高方法的灵敏度及稳定性。一主要试剂及仪器1,10-菲罗啉:0.1%乙醇溶液。荧光桃红(上海试剂三厂)0.1%水溶液。乙酸盐缓冲溶液 pH5.7,称取100克乙酸钠溶于水中,加入5毫升冰乙酸,稀至500毫升,摇匀。
