本文通过对福建省漳州市长泰县坂新村村民教育程度和家庭收入情况、村民的教育理念等进行调查,通过对实地调查中所搜集的数据材料进行统计和分析,以便得出坂新村教育与收入的现状、问题和建议。调研主要围绕村民家庭收入、教育费用支出及教育理念动态分析、探讨如何调节家庭收入与教育支出间的关系,摸索建立适应新时期村民收入与教育费用支出间的合理调节。中国农村家庭在经济上处于不利地位,随着学校收费制度的改革,教育费用与支付能力相脱节,必须寻求政策扶持,保障农村教育费用支出。目前教育成本增大、农民收入与城镇职工收入差距较大,广大中国农村教育基础薄弱、文化理念陈旧,特别是在农村中因“因教返贫、因考返贫”而引发的社会问题时有发生,这些问题必将长时间存在于广大的农村中。工业化、城镇化、信息化的进程加快,提高农村教学质量、村民文化素质已成必然态势,如何合理引导村民重视教育投入,都将成为新时期农村城镇化的关键点和难点。
This paper investigates the educational level, family income and villagers’ educational concepts of villagers in Sakam Suncity, Changtai County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. Through the statistics and analysis of the data collected in the field survey, The status of income, problems and suggestions. The research mainly focuses on the dynamic analysis of villagers ’family incomes, education expenses and education concepts, discusses how to adjust the relationship between household income and education expenditure, and tries to establish and adjust the reasonable adjustment between villagers’ income and education expenses in the new era. Rural families in China are economically disadvantaged. With the reform of the school fee system, the education costs are incompatible with the ability to pay. Therefore, we must seek policy support to ensure the expenditure on rural education. At present, the cost of education has increased. The income gap between peasants and urban workers has been wide. The vast majority of rural education in China is weak and the cultural concept is obsolete. Especially in the rural areas, social problems stemming from “returning to poverty because of teaching, returning to poverty” When this happens, these problems will inevitably exist in vast rural areas for a long time. The process of industrialization, urbanization and informationization will be accelerated. Improving the quality of rural education and villagers’ cultural quality has become an inevitable trend. How to guide villagers to invest their education rationally will become the key point and the difficult point of rural urbanization in the new era.
