本文对高硅氧—酚醛树脂模压材料和石棉—酚醛树脂模压材料(5-Ⅱ~#)进行了实验研究,确定了材料开始分解的温度和分解结束的温度,分解过程中材料密度的变化以及材料的相对分解速率函数等。为了便于电子计算机计算,用最小二乘法将密度和相对分解速率函数拟合成一些近似公式。文章中提供的数据及公式可以作为进行材料烧蚀计算的根据。
In this paper, the experimental study of high-silica-phenolic resin molding material and asbestos-phenolic resin molding material (5-Ⅱ ~ #) was conducted to determine the temperature at which the material begins to decompose and the temperature at which the decomposition ends, the material density during the decomposition process, The relative decomposition rate of material function and so on. In order to facilitate the calculation of electronic computers, the least square method is used to fit the density and relative decomposition rate functions into some approximate formulas. The data and formulas provided in this article can be used as a basis for material ablation calculations.
