重庆南桐矿业有限责任公司是全国煤炭“百强企业”之一。近几年来,该公司党委认真落实科学发展观,以构建和谐企业为目标,以推动发展为主线,围绕企业加速发展和安全生产等中心任务,充分发挥党委政治核心作用,引领企业走上了健康、可持续发展的快车道。公司2003年成立以来实现年年赢利,产值、利税和职工人均年收入分别比2002年增长2倍、4.8倍和2.3倍。公司先后荣获了全国优秀思想政治工作企业、中国安全文化管理先进单位、重庆市文明单位等诸多荣誉和称号,公司领导班子被重庆市国资委党委评为“四好”领导班子,公司内涌现出了全国劳动模范、中央电视台感动中国年度人物张前东等一大批先进模范人物和代表。回顾近几年来的工作,公司党委主要有四个方面的基本做法和体会。
