对齿轮进行碳氮共渗,是用金相法炉前测量随炉试棒的渗层深度以决定出炉时间的。我们发现试棒的层深都高于同炉齿轮节圆附近的渗层深。这里经过简单的计算表明,工件表面的弯曲程度越大,则渗层越深。在假定工件表面为平面的情况下,推出工件渗层深与圆试棒渗层深的绝对误差和相对误差公式。设经过相同条件的共渗后,相同共渗表面积的工件应具有相同的渗入量,即有相同的渗层截面积(图1、2)。
Carbonitriding the gear, is the use of metallurgical furnace furnace before the test sample with the depth of the infiltration layer to determine the baked time. We found that the depth of the test rod is higher than the depth of the permeation layer near the pitch circle of the same furnace. Here after a simple calculation shows that the greater the degree of bending the workpiece surface, the deeper the infiltration layer. Under the assumption that the workpiece surface is flat, the absolute error and relative error formula of the depth of the workpiece infiltration and the depth of the test bar penetration are introduced. Assuming the same conditions after the osmosis, the same co-infiltration of the surface area of the workpiece should have the same amount of infiltration, that is the same cross-sectional area of the permeable layer (Figure 1,2).
