本文通过对切削40CrNiMo钢刀具磨损情况的分析,引入模糊模式识别理论,建立金属切削刀具磨损软硬识别系统,识别切削40CrNiMo钢的金属切削刀具的磨损情况.
In this paper, by analyzing the wear of cutting 40CrNiMo steel tool, the fuzzy pattern recognition theory is introduced to establish the hardware and software identification system of metal cutting tool wear, and to identify the wear of the metal cutting tool cutting 40CrNiMo steel.
