1.冬季施工存在的问题目前部分水泥混凝土拌和站未考虑冬季施工问题。当气温下降到0℃时,拌和站用水会在管道中冻结,这样不但影响正常作业,而且还容易冻裂水罐阀门和水泵。同时,砂仓内的砂子也因含水量较高,造成冻结,无法流动。为此,必须在开机前2～3 h用喷灯加热各过水管道、泵和阀门,造成生产效率很低。
1. Problems in winter construction At present, some cement concrete mixing stations do not consider the winter construction problems. When the temperature drops to 0 ℃, the mixing station water will freeze in the pipeline, which will not only affect the normal operation, but also easy to freeze cracked water tank valves and pumps. At the same time, the sand inside the silo also due to higher water content, resulting in freezing, unable to flow. To this end, it is necessary to heat the water pipes, pumps and valves with blowtorns 2 to 3 hours before starting up, resulting in low production efficiency.
