我厂生产照相机,其中有许多尺寸小、形状复杂的零件。检验时,先把零件在投影仪上放大10~50倍,然后用刻在普通玻璃板上且放大同样倍数的图形来检测零件的尺寸和形状精度。由于本厂没有专用特殊形状曲线的刻线设备,故就在数控线切割机上进行玻璃板的刻线,经过腐蚀处理,即得到永久性的刻线板(如用其他方法刻制曲线,其腐蚀处理方法仍可作借鉴)。具体步骤如下: 1.准备弹性刻线刀其结构如图1所示,它由本体、刀头、刀套和弹簧等组成。使用时,用夹头把本体紧固在线切割机床线架的下臂一侧,刀套可上下移动,使刀头与玻璃接触良好。把刀套调整到适当位置
