低分子右旋糖酐~-40例临床常用于心脑血管疾病,其用药过程中不良反应如发热、寒战、皮疹等临床上也常见,且报道也有之,但静点右旋糖酐~-40致过敏性休克在临床工作中少见,现将我院近3年来所见2例报道如下: 例1:患者女,55岁。因心悸、乏力2月余,加重10天于1995年10月7日入院。患者于半年前因牙痛经常口服双氯灭痛,3个月后感心悸,乏力,无气短及胸痛,无发热,二便正常。既往无过敏史。入院查体:BP12/8kPa,P104次/分,R20次/分。神志清,面色苍白呈贫
