外阴瘙痒是妇女常见的疾病之一,病因多为外阴白色病变,念珠菌性及滴虫性阴道炎。笔者偶得脚癣一次净之具有消毒、杀菌、收敛、止痒的特性,治疗一例顽固性外阴瘙痒症,疗效显著。 方法:温开水清洗外阴后,用消毒棉签浸沾脚癣一次净重溶液徐擦瘙痒部位,擦后局部出现烧灼样痛疼感,约5～15分钟后消失,每日1次,3次告愈。 病例:杨某,女,50岁,主诉:外阴部瘙痒半年
