用BCG致敏小鼠,再由腹腔注射纯化的4种口腔厌氧菌内毒素(LPS),用微量细胞病变抑制法(CPE)测定,发现内毒素注射2h后,小鼠血清干扰素(IFN)活性达到高峰,4种内毒素诱导的干扰素活性分别为109～126u/ml。内毒素诱导最佳浓度为100μg/mouse。
The mice were sensitized with BCG and purified by intraperitoneal injection of four kinds of oral anaerobic endotoxin (LPS). Microelement cytopathic effect (CPE) assay was used to detect the levels of serum interferon (IFN) ) Activity peaked, the four endotoxin-induced interferon activity were 109 ~ 126u / ml.
