根据中国人民大学图书馆CALIS文献传递系统中接收读者申请的情况,找到网络环境下高校读者一站式获取文献的障碍所在,通过实践经验总结归纳出提高文献获取率的对策建议,包括图书馆创建一个功能强大、异构资源广泛的统一检索平台,与国内外相关文献机构建立广泛合作,创建人性化的文献传递系统,以便广大读者全面、快捷地获取文献,对改进图书馆读者服务具有指导意义和实践价值。
According to the situation of receiving readers’ application in the CALIS document delivery system of Renmin University of China Library, we find the obstacle of one-stop access to the literature for college readers under the network environment.
